Forgot Wi-Fi password? Retrieve using this trick

If you have lost your WiFi password too, try to follow this simple trick instead of following many tricks to get the password.

Often we forget the password. Be it Gmail or an account. The WiFi password is included in this list. Often we turn off the router after forgetting the WiFi password. It also tries to reset the router. But you know what? You can get the password without resetting WiFi. How so It is easily possible. All you have to do is follow some simple tricks.

If you have lost your password too, you need to go to Windows and Mac devices and open the router’s settings page to get the password. But for both of these methods to work, one of your devices needs to be connected to your WiFi network.

If the user’s device is not connected to a WiFi network, they can use the WPS push button. This button is on the back of the router. Or you can go to the router’s settings page with an Ethernet cable.

Follow these tips to retrieve WiFi password:

  • First of all, WiFi must be connected to your Windows or Mac device.
  • Go to Settings in your laptop or computer and click on Windows option.
  • Then go to Network and open the Sharing option.
  • Click on Change Adapter Settings on the screen.
  • Then double click on the WiFi option.
    When the Wifi status page appears, click on Wireless Properties
    Open the show password by clicking on the Security tab and see your password.
