ISIS-K terrorists carried out a deadly suicide attack on Kabul airport in Afghanistan on Thursday. More than 90 people were reported killed in the attack. That includes 13 American soldiers. This suicide attack has created a circle of suspicion around Pakistan. Many were released during peace talks between the Taliban, the United States and the Afghan government. That includes some notorious terrorists. Some of the terrorists are said to have attacked Kabul airport. This includes Amir Mawlawi Abdullah Farooqi, the face of Pakistan ISIS.
According to News 18, Farooqi was also involved in the earlier attack on the Gurdwara. He had admitted that the plot was hatched by Pakistan. Farooqi had earlier joined Lashkar-e-Toiba. He later joined the Tehreek-e-Taliban in Pakistan.
Mawlawi Jia ul Haq alias Abu Umar Khorasani became the head of ISKP in April 2019. Four other Lashkar-e-Toiba militants, including Mawlawi, were also arrested. That is why it is suspected that the plot was hatched by Mawlawi and his old associates, according to Indian intelligence sources.
Meanwhile, former Afghan Vice President Amarullah Saleh has put the Taliban and Pakistan in the cage of the accused in the wake of the suicide attack at Kabul airport. Saleh blamed IS militants for the suicide attack on Kabul airport and links between the Taliban and the Haqqani network. He also blamed Pakistan.
