Vice President Kamala Harris has welcomed Prime Minister Modi. She said that she was very happy to welcome the Prime Minister of India. Also during the visit, Prime Minister Modi also lauded Kamala Harris. Prime Minister Modi said that Kamala Harris is an inspiration to the whole world. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also invited Kamala Harris to visit India. “If she visits India, the whole country will be very happy,” she said.

During the visit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed confidence that bilateral relations would reach new heights under the leadership of US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. During the meeting, the two leaders stressed the need to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries.

Also discussed issues of mutual and global interest. This is the first meeting between the two leaders. Earlier, Kamala Harris had a phone conversation with Modi during the Corona crisis in India. Harris described India as a very important partner of the United States.

Prime Minister Modi will also address the UN General Assembly. Prime Minister Modi will meet US President Biden for the first time. US President Joe Biden has already extended a formal invitation to Prime Minister Modi to visit the White House.

The meeting is also expected to discuss Afghanistan and other border issues. Issues such as cross-border terrorism and extremism are also likely to be widely discussed. The 76th General Assembly of the United Nations is expected to discuss Afghanistan, climate change and the Corona. Prime Minister Modi will address the UN General Assembly on September 25.
