Big News: Rohit and Virat will out of team after T20 World Cup 2021, new players will get chance

The much awaited ICC T20 World Cup is set to begin in a few days. The Indian team is ready for this grand tournament. It is noteworthy that the Indian cricket team has come up with the next schedule even before the start of the Gahi tournament.

The Indian team will bring four different countries to play in India. Meanwhile, the tour of New Zealand is the first of its kind and it is learned that senior players including Rohit Sharma and Virat will be left out of the squad for the T20 matches.

The World Cup final is on November 14. The New Zealand tour will then begin on November 17. The tour will also feature 3 Tests and 2 Tests. Meanwhile, Test matches are important for the World Test Championship.

This will give a break to India’s new players during the upcoming T20 series. These include names like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Jaspreet Bumrah.

According to PTI, ‘More Indian players, especially senior players, have been in the bubble for the last several months due to various tours. So they will be left out of the squad for the T20 match of the New Zealand tour to give them some rest after the T20 World Cup. It will feature Kohli, Bumrah, Sharma and Shami. Rituraj Gaikwad, Hershal Patel, Awesh Khan and Venkatesh Iyer will be given a chance.

Rahul Dravid, who is India’s head coach on the tour of Sri Lanka, could also be the head coach for the upcoming matches against New Zealand. Ravi Shastri will step down as head coach after the T20 World Cup. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

The tour will begin on November 17. The first T20 match will be played in Jaipur, the second T20 match on November 19 in Ranchi and the third and final T20 match on November 21 in Kolkata. The Test series will begin after the T20 series.

The first Test will be played between November 25 and November 29 at Green Park in Kanpur. The second Test will be played at the Wankhede Ground in Mumbai from December 3 to 7.
