The popular game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has recently been given the latest 1.8 update.
New game modes and Christmas events have been provided with the update that has gone live on the Google Play Store and App Store.
Game developer Crafton has made some in-game events and community events part of BGMI to celebrate Christmas.
The company has also decided to reopen the six most popular game modes.
React Survival Mode added to the game
With the update, Crafton is bringing ‘React Survival’ mode to the game.
Players get the option to play red light and green light inspired by the squid game, in which their character is seen in a blue tracksuit.
In this game, the giant rabbit has to reach the finish line without knowing it.
This game can be played in arcade mode and players can also create private rooms for gaming with friends.
These six gaming modes will be available after the update
With the Battlegrounds Mobile India 1.8 update, six of the most popular game modes will be available.
‘Metro Royale Mode’ can be joined to loot items before the match.
Killing zombies in ‘Survival Till Dawn’ earns loot items.
Fighting with players or zombies in ‘Virus Infection’ mode and helicopter and armored vehicle-based fighting in ‘Heavy Machine Gun 2.0’ mode.
Players get special powers in ‘Run Theme Mode’.
With the update comes the new Royal Pass
Krafton has also added a new Royale Pass to the game, along with themed weapon skins and costume sets available at BGMI.
Players can buy Snow Santa Monster Set, Snow Santa Monster UAZ and Frozen Guardian Set by paying 360 UC (in-game currency).
After the update, a new limited time mythic winter-themed RPM6 is also available, which will be available from December 20, 2021 to January 17, 2022 next year.
Found Spider-Man: No Way Home Crossover Hints
The Battlegrounds Mobile India game from the new Marvel Cinematic Universe film ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ also hints at crossovers.
BGMI Game has shared a teaser related to it on its official Facebook account.
In the teaser, the game’s iconic helmet is seen wrapped with a spider web.
However, information about the modes, events and changes associated with this crossover has not been revealed.
Transfer data by 31st December players
If you used to play PUBG Mobile game before it was banned last year and want to transfer its data to BGMI, then you should do so as soon as possible.
Players have been given a deadline till December 31 to transfer old data from PUBG Mobile game, after which players will not be able to send data to the new game.
The necessary condition is that both the previous and the new game must be logged in with the same social media account.
Most maps are available in BGMI game
