The risk of corona leprosy in the country has not diminished. In the last 24 hours, 3 lakh 37 thousand 704 new cases of corona have been found in the country. 488 people have died.
This is 9,550 less than the previous day. During the day, 2 lakh 42 thousand 676 patients have overcome corona. At present there are 21 lakh 13 thousand 365 active patients of Corona in the country. The positivity rate has gone up to 17.22 per cent. Meanwhile, the number of patients with omicron in the country has gone up to 10,050. The number of omicron patients has increased by 3.69 per cent.
Earlier on Thursday, 3 lakh 47 thousand 254 corona victims were added during the day. So, 703 patients were died by corona. On Friday, the country’s corona release rate fell to 93.50 percent.
Masks are not mandatory for children under five!
The third wave of Corona leprosy has reached its peak in the country. Special care is being taken for such children. Against this backdrop, the Union Ministry of Health has appealed to the children to take special care without fear while caring for children during the Corona crisis. The Center has issued new rules amending some of the rules. The Ministry of Health has announced new regulations explaining that children under the age of five do not need masks.
The Center has also strongly advised against giving monoclonal antibodies to children below 18 years of age. Although masks are not mandatory for children below 5 years of age, the Center has clarified that masks will be mandatory for children above 6 years of age. The ministry has appealed to Corona not to panic, be careful.
The Ministry has also clarified that masks should be worn by the age group of 6 to 11 years under the supervision of parents and doctors. People 12 years of age and older are required to wear a mask. Recently, a group of experts reviewed these guidelines and issued them in view of the increasing incidence of infections due to the corona virus and the omecron variant.
